Refund policy
Last updated: May 2, 2020. We may update this article in the future.
We are committed to offer Ansovino at an affordable price. Payments are one-time only, which means that you can’t be stuck in a recurring payment trap. However, if you are unhappy with our service, send us a note and we’ll work with you to agree on a fair refund.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we may grant
- If you paid for your next month of service but later decided that you don’t need it, we’ll review your account and calculate a partial refund based on the remaining unused term.
- If you upgraded your account to a Pro plan and kept using it in general but you didn’t end up using the extra features, you are free to downgrade and have your remaining paid term prorated towards the Starter plan. If you would like to downgrade but don’t want your subscription extended this way, contact us and we’ll consider a refund.
- If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month), we’ll issue a partial extension of your paid term, upon request. Our uptime status is monitored here.
- If you emailed us and it took multiple days to get back to you, we’d issue a partial extension of your paid term.
