Payment
Last updated: April 24, 2020. We may update this article in the future.
Ansovino is a paid service. After a one-week long trial period you need to pay in order to keep using the Service. Product pricing is detailed here, and we do offer discounts.
Payment methods
When you pay for an extension or an add-on, you can pay with your credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.
In contrast to the speed and convenience of credit card payments, international bank transfers can take several days to arrive, and even then require manual processing. Consequently, we suggest and prefer online payment by card.
Our payment processing service provider is PayU. Processing your payment requires us to make some of your data available to PayU SA – this data transfer is covered by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. PayU may also share your data with third parties when necessary – for details see their Privacy Policy.
How we process orders
Payments made online by card are processed immediately, and we update your account – extend its expiration date or add purchased SMS alerts – as soon as your payment completes successfully.
Payments by bank transfer are processed manually, 2-5 days after we receive your payment.
We send you a receipt immediately after successful online payments. A receipt is not for tax/VAT purposes; your invoice will be generated a few days later, as soon as your payment is processed and your card transaction settled.
Shipping, handling, and taxes
Ansovino is an online service, shipping and handling fees do not apply.
Our prices are net prices, excluding all taxes, duties, and levies.
If you are an EU customer without an EU VAT number issued by a member state, standard rate value-added tax (VAT) will be applied automatically. Please note that if you provide us with an EU VAT number, we are required to validate it in the publicly available VAT Information Exchange System of the European Union. If we find that your VAT ID is not valid, we are required to collect VAT. To be able to do this, we process your order as a gross payment (ie. tax included), and reduce the length of your extension or the number of your purchased SMS alerts accordingly so that the full amount of your payment covers the standard rate VAT.
